At ViziuneHub India Private Limited, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.
Items must be returned within 5Â days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Certain items such as personal care products, jewelry, and clearance items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Digital products and gift cards are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at helpdesk@viziunehub.com with your order details.
Our team will verify your request and provide you with a return authorization number.
Pack the item securely and ship it to our return address (provided upon approval).
Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same return process and mention the desired exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 1Â days with images of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund after verification.
