ViziuneHub Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the ViziuneHub Affiliate Program! By signing up and participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1. To join the ViziuneHub Affiliate Program, you must submit an application through our official affiliate sign-up page.

1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion without providing any reason.

1.3. If approved, you will receive access to your unique affiliate dashboard and tracking link.

2. Affiliate Commissions

2.1. Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on every successful sale made through their referral link.

2.2. Commissions are calculated based on the total sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts.

2.3. Self-purchases using your own affiliate link are eligible for commissions.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. The minimum payout threshold is ₹1000.

3.2. Payments are processed on a monthly basis and will be made via [Payment Methods: Bank Transfer].

3.3. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. ViziuneHub will not be liable for lost or delayed payments due to incorrect information.

4. Cookie Tracking & Attribution

4.1. Our affiliate tracking system uses cookies that last 30 days from the initial click.

4.2. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last clicked link will receive the commission.

4.3. Any sale made beyond 30 days of the initial click will not be attributed to the affiliate.

5. Promotional Guidelines

5.1. Affiliates are encouraged to promote their referral links on websites, social media, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital channels.

5.2. Affiliates must not engage in deceptive advertising, including misleading promotions, false claims, or unauthorized discounts.

5.3. Paid advertising (such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads) using ViziuneHub’s brand name or direct URLs is strictly prohibited.

5.4. Spam, unsolicited emails, or any unethical marketing methods are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1. Affiliates may not engage in the following activities:

• Using fraudulent means to generate sales.
• Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Impersonating ViziuneHub or misrepresenting their relationship with us.
• Using domain names, social media pages, or handles containing “ViziuneHub” without permission.
• Promoting illegal, adult, violent, or offensive content in association with the affiliate link.

7. Account Termination & Suspension

7.1. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to our brand.

7.2. Upon termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited.

7.3. Affiliates may voluntarily terminate their participation by notifying us in writing.

8. Program Modifications

8.1. ViziuneHub reserves the right to modify or terminate this affiliate program at any time, with or without prior notice.

8.2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. ViziuneHub is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.

9.2. We make no guarantees regarding the amount of earnings an affiliate can generate.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [India].

10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of [India].
